Performers, great - everything else, terrible!
The Rockettes put on a spectacular show! I was amazed by how poorly everything else was managed.
The noise level was unbearable. We were seated in front of a noisy toddler and parents who were shouting over the music. This added to our already disappointing experience.
The venue's lack of organization was evident when we tried to leave. There was chaos as people flooded out onto the sidewalk with no clear plan. I felt unsafe with my child in the crowd.
Cell phone usage was unrestricted during the show, with many audience members taking photos and videos, some even using flash. The constant distractions took away from the performance.
Doors remained open after the show began, causing a disruption as latecomers found their seats. This obstructed our view and made it difficult to enjoy the opening number. A significant portion of the 3D show was also blocked by people standing in the aisles.
Overall, our experience was marred by these issues, leaving us disappointed considering the high price of tickets.
